With so many challenges in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction, there are countless opportunities for human error. From complex projects and cost overruns to compliance demands and data management, common errors can lead to millions of dollars in fixes. Advisor Labs will implement AEC AI to minimize these hurdles and put you ahead of the competition.
Implementing AI in AEC will lead to:
You’ll see how AEC AI improves predictive analytics, resource optimization, and cost estimation in the project management and planning phases. AI will analyze patterns and trends from previous projects, estimate project requirements and resource availability, and present an allocation plan based on your budget.
Human error frequently affects document management, workflow communication, and compliance monitoring. With digital transformation and AI technology, you’ll reduce common errors in your current process and improve task turnaround. Over time, you’ll see decreased costs that would have been spent fixing errors from mishandled data and communication.
Put the health and safety of your workers forward with AI for AEC. AI solutions can conduct risk assessments, safety monitoring, and incident analysis. These tools will help identify and mitigate risks so you can keep employees safe and stay compliant with current regulations.
Our team engaged with a state Department of Transportation in a multi-year, multi-million-dollar custom AI solution. In this project, the team worked with stake holders to understand their current limitations and needs for a billion dollar a year capital program. From there we built a requirements document and project plan to implement a solution to deliver automated project management, reporting, and auditing tools. The tools guided and automated both DOT employees, DOT contractors, and other state entities to collaborate on the entire life cycle of projects, from bid to closeout. Using the latest predictive models and generative tools reduced the project expense of projects by 10’s of millions of dollars a year.
